HuntWise: A Better Hunting App App Reviews

We use this all the time… Great to check all of the variables to see how they lineup. Obviously not going to use it exclusively but nice to see some insight.

I have a hard time getting it to load even when connected to wifi at home. Other than that its a fun tool.

This app seams to be working have seen any deer using it yet. Its still new to me.

The older version was AMZING! But now that they updated it wont let me mark spots or even connect. So sad.

This app works awesome! It keeps me from hunting at the not so great times so I can hold out for more ideal conditions. Really like the app. Here recently the app has received and update and now wont open up, hope they fix this asap!

Does a pretty nice job of indicating the best time to go out. Although, its not designed to predict what you will see out in the field, its nice to have a forecast of conditions for optimal hunting. As with any app or situation, trust your instincts, gut, and own knowledge to determine when is the best time to go hunting. Its still a nice supplement to those decisions. Great job!

I use this app mainly for deer and waterfowl but so far its done a great job at predicting when its best for me to go out, highly recommended this app. Not to many ads and is very fast.

I hunt in multiple counties and multiple states. You can look ahead and see where could be the best place to go when planning. Great App

Terrible app that wont keep your saved locations.

Its ok

While this app seems to be good at first, you realize for deer hunting it pretty much stays the same: hunt at 8am and 5pm, which makes it so its always in between stay home and go hunt. You might has well flip a quarter at 8 and 5 and heads means youll see deer and tails you wont.

I typically see more deer when the app shows three or better.

This app has been a complete waste of my time. Wont accurately find my location (says Im in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean). When I manually input location it wont save, and has the weather data wrong. Cant get the basics right, probably cant accurately predict deer and turkey feed times.

Like it a lot good info. Have had a lot of success using it

Another app I used to love. Now it wont even load on my iPhone. Worked on my droid but not this.

Worked great first few times I opened. Now it says- connection error and wont open.

It gives me temperature, wind, percipataion and lunar tables in one easy to read format. Great!
